I love reading about successful woman, it gives me hopes for myself and my dreams. Every day life teach me a new lesson and everything revolves around not giving up. I am talking about CONSISTENCY!

Anna is a hard worker and a big inspiration for women, so I am taking all her advices:

Your employees should describe you as "easy to understand."

Pretend to be completely in control and people will assume that you are.

Combine ruthless efficiency with hyper competence.

If you're not early, you're late.

Get to the point.

Resist any cheapening of the brand, however popular and lucrative it might be in the short term.

Relationships last longer than money

 

Successful woman make me feel lazy and powerful at the same time. On the one hand, they make me question my habits, making me feel like I am not working hard enough on the other hand, I feel like if they could so can I.

 

It´s not about motivation, it´s about discipline. Your work ethic should match your talent and your desires.

As bad as it could sound, I see untalented people become famous everyday and who are we to say that they don´t deserve it? They are consistent, they are trying and they´re seeing the results. I am learning  how to respect my time by using it to achieve my dreams.

At the end of the day, those who try, will always win.

Me encanta leer historias sobre mujeres triunfadoras, me crea esperanzas sobre mí misma y mis sueños. Cada día aprendo una nueva lección y todo se basa en no rendirse, la norma es intentarlo las veces que haga falta.

Ana es una gran trabajadora y una inspiración para las mujeres, así que voy a seguir cada uno de sus consejos:

Tus empleados deberían describirte como fácil de entender. 

Finge que tienes el control absoluto de todo y la gente simplemente asumirá que es cierto.

Las mujeres poderosas en el ámbito de los negocios hacen que me sienta poco ambiciosa  y esperanzada al mismo tiempo. Por una parte, siento que no estoy haciendo lo suficiente por cumplir mi sueño, por otro lado, si ellas pudieron entonces yo también. Cada día aprendo a respetar más mi tiempo, usándolo para cumplir mis metas.

Lo que siempre gana, es la constancia y la determinación.
